Our goal was to pull cues from the existing historic architecture while adding modern accents to the interior design and finding new opportunities for luxury.

We provided a clean neutral finish palette for the unit interiors and added pops of color in the corridors. Artwork and photography from local artists captured iconic scenes of LA. Our tenant lounge, game room and leasing office adds to a rich and cozy interior environment. We designed the rooftop landscape and grill area to maximize the view, which spans the San Gabriel Mountains, the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA.
